The Support I Offer

I prefer face to face talk therapy over virtual online meet, though I’m not totally closed off to meeting online. Counselling/Therapy is hard work but it is a worthwhile collaborative process. You are in absolute control, you decide the number of sessions and frequency that fits your needs. I am as helpful in this collaborative process as you are open to explore.

Counselling/Therapy session takes about 55mins for an individual session and about 1hr 25mins for a couple session. There is a surcharge of $20 for sessions that takes place after 7pm on weeknights and Saturdays. Sundays and Public Holidays are my rest days.
